We at the Hotel Eccher have always had an eye on the catering service.
Perhaps it is because this land has handed down such a precious gastronomic culture that we are keen to preserve the most authentic and genuine flavours. Perhaps it is because eating well when you are away from home is a pleasure and should be so. It may be that our territory is to be preserved and therefore it is worth marrying eco-sustainability and therefore the reduction of pollution… For these and many other good reasons, we prefer to use fresh and local products, making you appreciate what is best, every day, we have the pleasure of bringing to our tables.
